What is the recipe for that brown sugar and milk face scrub from seventeen?
I’m not exactly sure since I threw my issue away, but I use this
1. 1/4 cup of brown sugar
2. 2-4 spoonfuls of milk (it really depends)
Mix until it forms a paste
